A Qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1998 and has more than 19 years of experience in Direct and Indirect taxation.

Started his career as Chartered Accountant in 1998, formed CA Firm M/s. Sanjay Om Prakash Gupta & Co. and later formed Masterkey Advisors Private Limited in the year 2001.

Specialized in all aspect of Service tax, Value Added Tax (VAT)/Central States Tax and well acquainted with the concept of and impact of way forward Goods and Service Tax. He is having vast industry experience including infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, FMCG etc.
